1. Shipping Areas

We currently offer shipping to the following areas: Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Lekki Phase 1, down to VGC. If you are outside of these areas, please contact us for more information about delivery options.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders typically require to be placed at least one hour before our delivery windows:

  • Morning Delivery: 7 AM - 10 AM (Cut-off time: 6 AM)
  • Midday Delivery: 12 PM - 3 PM (Cut-off time: 11 AM)
  • Evening Delivery: 4 PM - 7 PM (Cut-off time: 3 PM)

to be processed prior to shipping. Orders placed after Evening Delivery: 4 PM - 7 PM (Cut-off time: 3 PM) will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods

We offer same-day delivery for orders placed within our specified delivery hours. Deliveries are made by our in-house team to ensure quality and freshness.

4. Delivery Charges

  • Standard Delivery Fee: We offer free delivery for orders above ₦ 5,000.00.
  • For orders below ₦ 5,000.00, a delivery fee of ₦ 1,000.00 will apply.

5. Delivery Times

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before the cut-off times and delivery windows as shown below:

  • Morning Delivery: 7 AM - 10 AM (Cut-off time: 6 AM)
  • Midday Delivery: 12 PM - 3 PM (Cut-off time: 11 AM)
  • Evening Delivery: 4 PM - 7 PM (Cut-off time: 3 PM)

6. Recipient Availability

You are responsible for providing a valid delivery address and ensuring that someone is available to receive the order at the specified delivery time. If nobody is available to accept delivery, we may attempt to leave the order at a safe location, or we may contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur additional fees.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. Please keep an eye on your email for any updates regarding your order status.

8. Issues with Delivery

If you encounter any issues with your delivery (e.g., delays, incorrect orders, damaged items), please contact us within 3 hours of the delivery to resolve the issue. We will do our best to address your concerns promptly.
