Refund Policy
1. Delivery Time Windows.
Our delivery time window is :
Morning: 8–11 AM
Afternoon: 12 Noon –3PM
Evening: 4– 6 PM
This delivery time is subject to the Terms and conditions.
2. Criteria eligible for refund.
We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:
2.1 Wrong Order Delivered – If you receive a different loaf than ordered or a lesser quantity, we will first offer a replacement as a first choice .
2.2 Damaged Bread on Delivery – If bread is squashed, soaked, or spoiled at delivery, you must provide full photo evidence ( photo containing the color of bread seal) within 1 hour.
2.3 Non-Delivery of Paid Order – If your paid order is not delivered (excluding cases of customer unavailability), we will first suggest a reschedule, then issue a refund if necessary.
3. Not Eligible for Refund:
3.1 Order dispatched or delivered ..
3.2 Personal preferences (e.g., taste, size, colour) without an error on our part.
3.3 Customer unavailability, wrong address, or refusal to accept delivery.
4. Refund Request Window
4.1 Where applicable, refunds are processed within 24 hours of approval starting from when resolution of claim is made.
4.2 Requests after refund windows will not be processed due to product perishability.
