after 3 pm will be delivered the next morning.
How long does delivery take after payment has been made?
Your order will be ready and delivered within 4 hours of successful payment.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, our minimum order is 2 loaves. But if you want to save more, our subscription plans
give you monthly discounts.
Do you offer bread subscriptions?
Yes. Our subscription plans let you receive bread regularly, mostly every week, with
added convenience and value.
Do I get any discount as a subscriber?
Yes! We offer discounts and free delivery with each subscription plan.
Can I pause or skip a week?
Yes, you can. Life happens — if you’re travelling or won’t be home, you can easily pause
your subscription or skip a week. Just let us know ahead of your delivery day.
Can I change or cancel my online order?
Changes may be possible if the order hasn’t been dispatched. Contact us as soon as
possible for assistance.
Can I change my plan after subscribing?
Absolutely. You can increase or reduce your loaves, or switch from weekly to bi-weekly,
anytime. We’ll update your next billing cycle accordingly.
How do I make payments?
Subscribing is simple: you pay online through our website or via WhatsApp. Payments
are billed per cycle (weekly or monthly), depending on the plan you choose.
Can I buy extras along with my subscription?
Of course. You can add more loaves (as they become available) to any of your
scheduled deliveries.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to selected areas in Lagos. Delivery availability can be confirmed
during checkout.
When are deliveries made?
Deliveries are typically made during the day, and you can select your preferred delivery
time. You’ll be notified when your order is on the way.
Can I track my subscription deliveries?
Yes. We send reminders before each subscription delivery and updates when your bread
is on the way.
What if I’m not available at delivery time?
You can leave delivery instructions or arrange for someone to receive your order.
Can I give special delivery instructions?
Yes, you can. Whether it’s “leave with security,” “call on arrival,” or “don’t knock because
the baby is sleeping,” just add the note at checkout.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If the rider hasn’t left yet, yes. Just reach out immediately. If the order is already en
route, there may be an extra charge of 1,000 naira, depending on the new location.
